Hi!! I’m Lizzy. I’m a poet from Pennsylvania. This October, I'm undertaking The 30/30 Project: with 8 other poets, I'm writing 30 poems in 30 days to fundraise for Tupelo Press.

Words are magical, powerful, transformative. Poetry is magical, powerful, transformative.

Publishing houses are magicians. Publishing houses give words physical homes. They incarnate magic: the power to transform and be transformed. They make space for the spaces that make us less alone.

Some of the most powerful books I’ve read have come from Tupelo Press. Phyla of Joy, Dancing in Odessa, and so many others. They're phenomenal.
