A 2023 New Jersey Council on the Arts poetry fellow, I am the author of the chapbook Impossible Bottle (Finishing Line Press). My work has appeared in Best New Poets, Adroit Journal, Narrative, Gulf Coast, RHINO, and Cider Press Review, among others. I hold a Master of Fine Arts from Rutgers University—Newark and recently completed a practicum with The Good Listening Project, a non-profit that helps to “cultivate resilience and wellbeing in healthcare communities” by writing poems honoring conversations I had with healthcare workers and patients.

I live in New Jersey with my boyfriend, two sons, and a blind and deaf pug-chihuahua. When I'm not writing or ferrying my younger son to baseball or teaching at a local high school, I fish, make wine, and harvest swollen Heirlooms from the garden before rain tears their thinning skin.

Your support gives me vital inspiration as I write thirty poems in thirty days, accompanied by a cohort of fine poets. Tupelo Press provides the canvas; I bring my words.

30/30 poems have been taken by over 200 journals and featured in over 40 published chapbooks, so Tupelo Press can keep publishing exquisite and diverse voices that might never be heard otherwise. Tupelo Press also hosts a variety of poetry conferences, as well as a teen writing program, and an idyllic writer's house at the foothills of the Olympic National Park.

Every dollar gives me confidence to write more, and helps the press place more poems in gorgeous books. Help me to help this distinguished press. Give today!
