Sara Dudo is a fresh MFA graduate, having completed her studies in May at University of Nevada Las Vegas. She is a recent Pushcart Prize nominee, and has had her poetry recently published in The Atlanta Review, Portland Review, Southwest Review, Red Rock Review, Oakland Review, and Tiny Journal. She also has a couple poems forthcoming in the Idaho Review. Sara enjoys exploring the intersections of the body and landscape, and how illness shapes and redefines relationships. When she is not writing, she enjoys exploring the desert, road-tripping, surfing, and spending time with her husband Ray and her dog Layla.

For the month of August, I will be writing one poem every day, which will be posted on Tupelo's website. Your support will give me inspiration to complete this project, and would mean the world to me <3

Tupelo Press provides the canvas; I bring my words, accompanied by a cohort of fine poets, writing thirty poems in thirty days, all ours to edit and submit as we wish. 30/30 poems have been taken by over 200 journals and featured in over 40 published chapbooks, all so Tupelo Press can keep publishing exquisite and diverse voices that might never be heard otherwise.

Every dollar gives me confidence to write more, and helps the press place more poems in gorgeous books. Help me and help this distinguished press. <3
