Tupelo Press is offering me the structure and supports to write a poem a day for 30 days. By the end of July, I will have written 30 new poems!
I'm asking for YOUR support. You can sponsor me at any level you'd like -- 50 cents a poem ($15 total) or $1 a poem ($30) OR you can sponsor a SPECIFIC poem or ode on a particular theme that I will dedicate to you for a donation of $100! Throughout the month, if you wish, I will send you a weekly email update about my writing and process.
This money is a donation to Tupelo Press which sponsors this unique opportunity for poets. It has been called a "game-changer" by the poets I know to have done it in the past.
I hope that this pressure-cooker process will push me even further in my own writing and publishing career.
Since I am retiring on June 30 after 19 years at my current job, the timing couldn't be better -- July will therefore be a "liminal" month, serving to midwife me to my next incarnation! I'll be curious to see what emerges.
