Ava M. Hu's Fundraiser

My poems can make a difference!
Help me meet my goal, please give today.
This is my 8th year with Tupelo Press for the month of February. This project has given me the time, space, inspiration, rigor, and support to write. It has also inspired numerous satellite artistic projects which have all been born during my time writing 30 poems in 30 days.
I use my time with Tupelo Press as an invaluable tool for creativity.
I do this so Tupelo Press can keep publishing exquisite and diverse voices that might never be heard otherwise. What would the world be without poetry?
Any amount you can spare goes towards poetry that makes a difference and keeps this art alive! Know this support is raising the song of poetry and allowing its chant to rise in the pages of what Tupelo Press ushers into the world.
This is important and meaningful work. $1 a day for the month of Feb can make a gorgeous contribution!
Thank you so much for your support!
This year I am working with talented artists: New York visual and performance artist-Amy Sinclair, Mexican Digital Artist/Filmaker- Monica Toledo Fraginals, and New York Student and Visual Artist-Soleil Piverger to create a body of work in an effort to fundraise for the press.
With great devotion and love,
ava m. hu

"Poetry is lines breaking through paper into music for the senses. Please donate to this press, please provide prospects for poets. We patiently wait for you to read our words, and we invite you to toot “choo-choo” on our trying train!"
