Christina-Marie Sears, MFA, RSME, is an interdisciplinary artist, with a background in performance and somatic theory. Currently a Graduate Student in the Creative Writing Program at Eastern Michigan University, she is a writer, poet, educator and workshop teacher, in addition to maintaining a private studio. Her writing has been featured at the First Fridays Festival, at University of Michigan Museum of Art "Performance in the Aspe" Series, and at the 8th Annual Somatics Dance Festival in Geneva, NY.

Tupelo Press provides the canvas, I bring my words, accompanied by other fine poets, writing thirty poems in thirty days, all ours to edit and submit as we wish. 30/30 poems have been taken by over 90 journals and featured in over 40 published chapbooks, all so Tupelo Press can keep publishing exquisite and diverse voices that might never be heard otherwise. When a writer applies for opportunities, it is never definite that one will be selected. I am very excited for this challenge!

All Donors will be asked to Register as a Supporter in a secure, five-question form hosted on my website. This will help me keep track of your generous support and thank you personally with a small gift. During COVID-19 I have been making collaged hand-made art cards, and will mail these out to you via snail mail as a thank you. You gift goes directly to Tupelo Press in MA.

Every dollar gives me confidence to write more, continue to develop my professional skills as a wordsmith and somatic literary scholar, and helps Tupelo place more poems in gorgeous books. Help me to help this distinguished press. Your support gives me vital inspiration as I write for thirty days this month. Give today and help the Literary Arts thrive in the USA !
