Happy New Year! One of my goals this year is to write every day, and to kick this off, I decided to join a fundraising effort to support Tupelo Press--a wonderful, independent literary press that needs YOUR support to stay vital.
I am part of a fabulous group of poets who also signed up for the 30/30 project. Tupelo Press provides the canvas, we bring our words. So here's how it works... I have a goal to raise $500 and in return, I will write a poem every single day in January and Tupelo Press will publish it on their website.
Not only will this help Tupelo Press, but it also helps the poets. 30/30 poems have been taken by over 90 journals and featured in over 40 published chapbooks, all so Tupelo Press can keep publishing exquisite and diverse voices that might never be heard otherwise.
