I want to share what I have been passionate about in the past six years: poetry. Recently I was one of ten poets chosen for the 30/30 project of the Tupelo Press - to post daily for thirty days in December. That means creating for thirty days. Heavens, what a challenge! It not only forces me to make my writing public, but will allow me to share my thoughts and poems with those whom I care about.
That is why I am inviting you to join me on this journey. The journey is an inward one for me that will explore everything I observe and feel for this next month. It works only if there is an audience (albeit a sympathetic and caring one). Will you join me and tune into this each day? I will be writing and sending the to the link each day.
Tupelo Press provides the canvas, I bring my words, accompanied by other fine poets, writing thirty poems in thirty days, all ours to edit and submit as we wish. 30/30 poems have been taken by over 90 journals and featured in over 40 published chapbooks, all so Tupelo Press can keep publishing exquisite and diverse voices that might never be heard otherwise.
