I donated in support of this campaign.
Hello! For the month of January, I am joining a group of other poets who are writing one poem a day as part of the 30/30 project. During this month, I am committed to the daily discipline of documenting ideas, observations, and dreams through poetry.
The 30/30 project is sponsored by Tupelo Press as a way to raise awareness of modern poets and of the importance of independent publishers. The project helps poets spread the word about our words - 30/30 poems have been taken by over 90 journals and featured in over 40 published chapbooks, all so Tupelo Press can keep publishing exquisite and diverse voices that might never be heard otherwise.
I encourage you to give at any level, however, certain gift amounts will also provide additional rewards.
$75 - I will send a poem and photo of your choice from my existing Facebook/ Instagram collection.
$77 - This amount will provide you with a Tupelo Press subscription - 7 books of poetry sent to you over the year - and subscriptions do count towards my goal.
$97 - a Tupelo Press subscription - plus an additional book Native Voices: Indigenous American Poetry, Craft and Conversation
$100 - I will write a tribute poem on a topic of your choice.
$150 - I will send you a limited edition book of photos and poetry.
Subscriptions to Tupelo Press do count towards my fundraising goal.
The suggested goal for each poet for the 30/30 project is $500. My personal goal is $700. Your donations, no matter how small, help support the important work of independent poets and publishers.
Thank you and happy reading!
