While there, she was also a participant in the Jiménez-Porter Writers' House. She published her first chapbook, I Licked It So It's Mine, in May 2018. Her recent work can be found in Stylus: a Journal of Literature and Art, where she served as Poetry Editor for the 2018 issue.

Help me as I support Tupelo Press this September as a 30/30 poet. This month, I will raise money for Tupelo Press as I embark on a journey to write 30 poems in as many days (alongside some other very talented poets). 30/30 poems have been taken by over 90 journals and featured in over 40 published chapbooks, and most importantly, they help so Tupelo Press can keep publishing exquisite and diverse voices that might never be heard otherwise.

Please donate to help me help this immensely important press who has chosen to support me and my growth as a writer!

No donation is too small— every dollar helps! :) But if you want to receive a token of my gratitude, read on:

  • Any donation $5 and over will receive a glimpse into my writing process, either a draft or fragment or short conversation about what I'm working on!
  • Any donation $15 and over will receive an original poem of your choosing (out of the 30 I produce this month) typewritten on my super beautiful vintage typewriter and signed by me, which I will personally mail to you!
  • Any donation $35-$50 will receive a care package with the original typewritten poem, a copy of my latest chapbook, and other goodies of my choosing (maybe a book I really like or a fun writing notebook or other surprises), which I will mail to you!

(Just make sure you include your name & info with the donations, or message me with proof of your contribution!)

Every dollar gives me confidence to write more, and helps the press place more poems in gorgeous books. Give today!
