Poet Bio: Eleni is determined to write more poetry and prose in 2018, begin to read Proust in French, and get back to doing pottery. (She made the cup she's holding here.) Her first book of poetry, Venice without Gondolas, came out in 2013 with Finishing Line Press. She has also published essays and short stories in English and Greek and is now working on a book of essays on the memory of place. She teaches history of architecture at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. And she spends her summers in Greece.

Note to supporters: You may contribute any amount you wish. I am deeply thankful to all of you for your support. You may also contribute by purchasing a year's subscription that includes all of the books published by Tupelo Press during that year. If you do purchase a subscription on behalf of 30/30, please leave a note in the "Order Notes" section of checkout and email the Director of Operations, Sarah Russell (srussell@tupelopress.org), so she can credit my fundraiser. To review the publications of each year and order a subscription, please see link: https://www.tupelopress.org/subscribe-2/.

Your support gives me vital inspiration as I write for thirty days this month.

Tupelo Press provides the canvas, I bring my words, accompanied by other fine poets, writing thirty poems in thirty days, all ours to edit and submit as we wish. 30/30 poems have been taken by over 90 journals and featured in over 40 published chapbooks, all so Tupelo Press can keep publishing exquisite and diverse voices that might never be heard otherwise.

Every dollar gives me confidence to write more, and helps the press place more poems in gorgeous books. Help me to help this distinguished press. Give today!
