Poet Bio:
Ava M. Hu is a poet and artist from New York City. Most notably, Ava won the Poets and Writer's Amy Award for Best Woman Poet under 30 in NYC. For more about Ava, please see avamhu.com.
This will joyfully be Ava's 7th February with Tupelo Press. One of Ava's favorite things about 30/30 is not only the inspiration to write with passion and vigor, but to also create annual bodies of work with visual artists. On Sundays, Soleil Piverger, a 15-year-old high school student and artist who attends St Ann's School in Brooklyn, will be joining our conversation.
