Meg Freer grew up in Montana and has written poetry since 2015. She lives in Ontario, where she teaches piano and enjoys the outdoors year-round. Her photos, prose and poems have won awards in North America and overseas and have been published in anthologies and journals such as Ruminate, Borrowed Solace, Poetry South, Eastern Iowa Review, Queen’s Quarterly and Arc Poetry. She is co-author of two poetry chapbooks: Serve the Sorrowing World with Joy (Woodpecker Lane Press, 2020) and Man of Integrity (Alien Buddha Press, 2022).

Your support inspires me as I write during each of the thirty days of June.

Tupelo Press provides the canvas; I bring my words, accompanied by a cohort of fine poets, writing thirty poems in thirty days, all ours to edit and submit as we wish. 30/30 poems have been taken by over 200 journals and featured in over 40 published chapbooks, all so Tupelo Press can keep publishing exquisite and diverse voices that might never be heard otherwise.

Every dollar gives me confidence to write more, and helps the press place more poems in gorgeous books. Help me to help this distinguished press. Give today!
